At 9:00 in the morning  we had to go to the canopy to practice the songs we were going to sing when we announced the 2022 house leaders which were Nikita young, Ofa makalio the house leaders for ToTara  and Desiree Manga,  April Faasau-Johnston for the  kauri house leaders the rimu house leaders are elma sofi and Jamie  Barillas.

It was a challenge but it was really reliving when i completed it.

Last week on Monday we got 6 big and heavy boxes we got the boxes from EPro8. When we got the boxes MrBell handed out our epro8 books. On our  Epro8 books we had codes on the front cover . We went to the EPro8  challenge site, we all entered our codes into the team code slot, then we had to put our names into the name slot. We automatically got put into teams of 4.  We had to make a fully  functional crane, a bridge,and a caveman car .

When we did Epro8  I really enjoyed learning about the aluminum bars and the extrusions and I hope next year we can do EPro8  again.

 Last sunday I had to get up at 6 o’clock in the morning because  it was the one hundred and seventy fifth  jubilee for St patrick’s And I had to alter serve. When I got there I sat around and talked for a  While because I was too early so at eight thirty I got ready. I was a little shy because there were a lot  more people there than usual inside the church  It was really beautiful and the choir was really good.

After mass we had morning tea in the hall well only the altar because father wanted us to stay and have something to eat. The food was really good. I had a quiche with spinach, and egg  because I gave up eating meat for forty days because of lent.

When we got back to school everyone was asking  If we had any food with us because they wanted  us to go back to the hall and get pies for them and some drinks but I said no and carried on with my day.

The reason why I am  sharing this piece of writing with you guys is because  we are doing a project called lifting a line which is where we write a story then we take our best sentence then we write a  a new story with the same sentence with a picture to give us an idea on what to write about.

As I slowly levitate in  the air I get closer and closer to space but then all the sudden I see a spaceship in the sky I see people As they laugh and eat  then I start to wonder is there  true meaning in life as I slowly drift off I try to cut the rope that’s attached  to the balloons I   Kick And make a fuss  trying to cut the rope that that is attached to the balloon as I yell out  to the people in spaceship trying to get there Attention A man looks at her and glares for second then turns  to his  friends and laughs as she loses hope A boy grabs her arm as the two look at each other And smile they Continue to levitate the boy  encourages her to levitate with him but the girl Gets scared because they were  already in space which was not her plan but she was astonished To see the radiant colour of the  stars and the other planets but her favourite was Jupiter it’s so Colourful and bright 

I am posting this because Stonehenge was one of many stops along the way Birmingham Virtually because  we are doing a virtual race to Birmingham.

Stonehenge was found in England Salisbury, Stonehenge is made out of bluestone and it was made 2500 Bc. No one really knows who or why Stonehenge was built, but it has been used as a calendar as well as a burial ground . According to folklore, Stonehenge was created by Merlin, the wizard of  legend, who magically transported the massive stones from Ireland, where giants had assembled them. Another legend says invading Danes put the stones up, and another theory says they were the ruins of a Roman Temple.
